[FM Discuss] new front page for FM

Hi there,

That's great. I'll merge in your changes.

I think the best way to proceed is to get the English focus page up and
community tested. And then work out the best way to get a localised "fi"
version running as well. That would involve you also creating translated
short text descriptions.
