[FM Discuss] PDF generation error on Omnibook for <pre> code [was - Chuck manual ]

Hi there Mario,

I've done some more digging into this and found out the root cause.

Hopefully this can fixed soon. But if not I is fixable by some code
editing as well. So let's wait a bit and then see.

In the mean time I'll add the updated version of the HTML and epub to
flossmanuals.net if that's ok?
