[FM Discuss] Update on FM write migration and request to help test manuals

great work, mick!! :)

i had a quick look at the UpStage manual & it looks like it's all there.
i'd like to try doing some minor edits on it, although i'm still
travelling so not a lot of time at the moment. but please tell me how i
can log in & do that, & i'll try to give it a go.
