[FM Discuss] FLOSS manuals archive sites - and a volunteer request

ok then it sounds like a banner that automatically appears along the top
signalling that it's an archive is the best solution. would it appear on
all pages, all the time when you're in the archive? (in case a search
brings you to an internal page, for example).
