[FM Discuss] Modified PDF for MYOSA

Adam,

I'm not married to that font.  It's one that Windows uses for MS Word
and looked OK when I tried it out on the original HTML for one of the
chapters.  I'll use one of the free fonts for the book, no problem.
Like I said before, most of them look pretty much alike.
