Hello Anne,

Thank you for the information. I have just heard from the last person
doing proof reading on my behalf (that I am aware of anyway) and they
didn't find any that needed corrections. So unless someone else has any
comments or suggestions, then I am ready to have this published!

I am very excited! Please let me know if there is something else I need
to do.
