[FM Discuss] volunteer to translate to spanish

Soy un administrador voluntario para traducciones en español de los
manueles XO y Azúcar. Disculpa, puedo leer español y escribir un poco,
pero empezó a aprender a hablar español hace un mes.

I have volunteered to administer the Spanish translation process for
the XO and Sugar manuals. Pardon my Spanish, I can read, and can write
a little, but I started learning to speak Spanish only a month ago.
