[FM Discuss] Information needed about setting up booki publisher

I have Booki and Objavi set up and working, but I want to set up Booki
Publisher as well.  Unfortunately, there are no instructions whatsoever for
doing this.  I have tried to copy the files to /var/www/bookipub and I've
experimented with creating a virtual host for it, with no luck.  Could
somebody give me some very basic instructions for getting this set up?

The reason I want this is that at work we want to use Booki to create
content for our static website and use Booki Publisher to actually publish
it.  Objavi can already publish what we need, but every time it creates a
brand new directory to put the templated HTML in.  What we want is what FM
has: run something and the website gets updated in place.
