Yeah, this is what is usually done in the commercial/closed tech writing
sector in Finland - first Finnish writers write it in English and then it is
translated back into Finnish by somebody else.

An interesting point is that open source documentation is more fun to write
since the information is free and you don't have to be something like an
investigative journalist or a private detective to be a tech writer.
