live chat would be good; the osqa thing looks interesting too ...
with regard to a mailing list, i don't see that as being so useful for
people who only need occasional support about something specific. i
would not want to join a mailing list for that - live chat would be
great, or an email address as long as i got an answer. forums are good
but only when people are actually answering things on them. often i find
that someone else has already asked & got an answer for things that i
need support on, so having some kind of searchable forum would hopefully
mean that ultimately the workload would be shared & recycled.
