[FM Discuss] a crazy moment pondering a manifesto

hey anne...long time., i miss your comments in fm, hope you have some
time to be more involved :)

how about a name for the process. i was thinking of FIBd

Fast Iterative Book development

I thought of this because the method could be broken down to specific
iterative processes eg:

FIB Jam : a working group sits around and brainstorms ideas, one person
writes down the flow of consciousness. At the end the person recording
the ideas tries to prioritise the themes and work them into the text.

FIB Muse : an expert and non-expert sit together. The expert explains
the ideas and the non-expert writes this into sentences and paragraphs
as they discuss.

FIB Napkin : content producer draws a concept on a paper and takes to an
illustrator to explain. The illustrator discusses this with them and
then creates a graphical articulation of the idea.

...this way we could actually make the process extendable in a very easy
manner...

very ground level but perhaps very useful
