One suggestion -

It seems somewhat confusing to me as a developer that the CSS and HTML 
be structured differently for FLOSS Manuals and Booki.

I think, ultimately, they should use the same base stylesheet and HTML 
template, and then let the users take it from there (especially since 
the HTML wrapper enables the user to come up with something completely 
different). Since they are all accessible through the same PDF publisher 
(OBJAVI) it makes sense to me, somehow.

I think that would simplify things a great deal. 

I will make a note of this in the Booki trac (I think I saw similar bugs 
filed) ...
